Liveurope at SHIP 2025

The SHIP — Showcase Festival & Music Conference will host our second annual meeting of 2025 in Šibenik in Croatia, bringing together representatives from the Liveurope venues across Europe from 11-14 September.
SHIP is a three day celebration of music, featuring rising Croatian and European artists. Alongside the live shows, the programme includes a variety of workshops, panels, and roundtable discussions addressing key issues in today’s music industry. With venues spread throughout Šibenik, the entire city transforms into a festival.
The meeting will be hosted by We Move Music Croatia, the Croatian music export office.

10:00 – 11:00 Speed Networking – Meet the Liveurope Venues @ Azimut
In this dynamic speed networking session, artists, managers, booking agents and festival promoters get the chance to meet representatives from Liveurope venues.
11:15 - 12:00 Panel discussion: Venues at the heart of culture @ Azimut
This panel brings together key voices from across Europe to discuss the everyday realities of running a venue: the challenges they face, the stories that inspire, and the vital role they play in shaping local and international music ecosystems. Joined by the Liveurope venues Santeria (IT), Melkweg (NL), and Palác Akropolis (CZ).
11:15 - 12:00 Panel discussion: From idea to impact - (EU) success stories @ House Art Arsen
This panel brings together leading figures behind some of the most impactful music-related European projects.
